Ingredients

  • 120 g Swordfish Steak/Swordfish fillet
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Medium-sized Potato

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.
  2. Place the swordfish steak in the centre of the pan and cook each side over medium heat for 6 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prick the potatoes with a fork and microwave at maximum power for 4 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and microwave an additional 3-4 minutes. Pierce them to make sure they are done. Serve with the swordfish.
