Grilled Egg with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned roasted bell peppers
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Medium-sized Egg
- 1 Cup Tomato sauce
- 4 Thin slice Serrano ham, spanish ham
Preparation
- Cut the grilled peppers into strips and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and grill the eggs (one by one) until the white sets with the yolk remaining liquid.
- In a ring mould, make a base with the grilled peppers and put the grilled egg on top.
- Carefully remove the mould and serve with hot tomato sauce and garnished with bits of ham.
