Ingredients

  • 1 Medium-sized Tomato
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese, low fat
  • 1 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomato into 7 or 8 slices.
  2. Cut the ball of mozzarella cheese into 7 or 8 slices.
  3. Alternate slices of tomato and cheese on top of one another.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and then olive oil.
