Rye Bread with Salmon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Light cream cheese
  • 1 Slice Smoked salmon
  • 30 g Shelled walnut
  • 60 g Rye bread
  • 5 Small Strawberry
  • 50 g Raspberry
  • 0.5 Cup Cranberry
  • 1 Cup Skimmed milk
  • 2 Level teaspoon Instant coffee

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the cheese with the chopped salmon and walnuts. Spread the cheese mix on the toasted bread.
  2. Wash and cut the strawberries and serve in a cup with raspberries and blueberries.
  3. Heat the milk and mix in the instant coffee. Serve the coffee with the bread and the cup of red berries.
