Tomatoes Stuffed with Tuna

Ingredients
- 4 Medium-sized Tomato
- 1 Pinch White pepper
- 200 g Canned natural tuna, low sodium
- 60 g Light cream cheese
- 15 Unit Pitted black olive
- 2 Tbsp Canned sweet corn, no salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Leaf Basil
- 4 Tbsp Light mayonnaise
Preparation
- Cut off the top of the tomato and spoon out the seeds and pulp. Add pepper to taste.
- Flake the tuna and mix with the chopped tomato pulp, the cheese, chopped olives, corn, oil and basil.
- Fill the tomatoes, garnish with light mayonnaise and serve.
