Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground beef, minced beef
  • 1 Medium-sized Egg
  • Half Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Pinch Parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground beef with the egg, powdered garlic and chopped parsley. Add the bread crumbs to make a compact paste. Shape into burger patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the patties.
  3. Serve with fried tomato.
