- 300 g Whole Chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Medium-sized Onion
- 1/2 Cup Light cream
- 1 Tsp Curry powder
- Cut the breasts into medium pieces and sauté with the oil in a saucepan. When browned, remove from the heat and set aside.
- Grate the onion and sauté it in the same pan until it is translucent. Add the cream and powdered curry. Mix well.
- Add the chicken and cook it, stirring every now and then until the sauce thickens a bit. Serve hot.
