Ingredients

  • 300 g Whole Chicken breast, skinless and boneless
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Light cream
  • 1 Tsp Curry powder

Preparation

  1. Cut the breasts into medium pieces and sauté with the oil in a saucepan. When browned, remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. Grate the onion and sauté it in the same pan until it is translucent. Add the cream and powdered curry. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken and cook it, stirring every now and then until the sauce thickens a bit. Serve hot.
