Green Beans with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 800 g Green bean
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Half Lemon
  • 1 Pinch Parsley
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion

Preparation

  1. Remove the tips and fibres from the stems, break them lengthwise and in half. Cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker with two tablespoons of water and one of olive oil.
  2. Mince the onion and sauté in two tablespoons of oil until yellowish. Then add the cooked and strained green beans, the lemon juice and the chopped parsley.
  3. Sauté the mix and serve immediately.
