Pre-heat the oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.
Place the swordfish steak in the centre of the pan and cook each side over medium heat for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, prick the potatoes with a fork and microwave at maximum power for 4 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and microwave an additional 3-4 minutes. Pierce them to make sure they are done. Serve with the swordfish.
