- 1 Tsp Dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Cut the tomato into 7 or 8 slices.
- Cut the ball of mozzarella cheese into 7 or 8 slices.
- Alternate slices of tomato and cheese on top of one another.
- Sprinkle with oregano and then olive oil.
