Pasta Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 320 g Colored pasta
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 100 g Lettuce
  • 250 g Green bean
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chives

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water. When cooked, strain it, put it under running cold water and strain again.
  2. Cook the green beans in water and strain when done. Sauté in the pan with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Put the lettuce and green beans in a serving dish and place the cooked pasta on top, and over that the salmon cut into strips.
  4. Finally, chop the chives and mix with three tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Pour over the salad. Serve cold.
