Salisbury Steaks with Tomato

Ingredients
- 200 g Ground beef, minced beef
- 1 Medium-sized Egg
- Half Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Pinch Parsley
- 3 tablespoon of Bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Tomato sauce
Preparation
- Mix the ground beef with the egg, powdered garlic and chopped parsley. Add the bread crumbs to make a compact paste. Shape into burger patties.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the patties.
- Serve with fried tomato.
