Spaghetti with Cockles

Ingredients

  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Clove of Garlic
  • 60 g Canned cockle
  • 1 Pinch White pepper
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch Parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti in water until it is al dente. Strain, rinse in cold water, strain again and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic. Do not brown.
  3. Add the cockles with the liquid from the tin, the pepper and vinegar and let cook a few minutes.
  4. Add the parsley. Let cook until the liquid is absorbed a little and add the cockles to the spaghetti. Serve hot.
