Chicken Burgers with Microwaved Potatoes

- 1 Medium-sized Potato
- 2 Tsp Olive oil
- 100 g Ground chicken meat
- 1 Pinch Black pepper
- Use a knife to make a few cuts in the unpeeled potato and microwave it at maximum power for 5-7 minutes.
- Shape the patties and brown to taste in a non-stick pan with one teaspoon of oil.
- Cut the potato in half, add another teaspoon of oil on top and a dash of pepper. Serve the hamburgers with the potato as garnish.
