  • 2 Medium-sized Grapefruit
  • 3 Medium-sized Orange
  • 2 Tbsp Shelled walnut
  • 500 g Mixed salad greens
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Wine vinegar


  1. Juice an orange and grapefruit and set aside.
  2. Peel the remaining oranges and grapefruits, removing the skin and any white threads. Separate into wedges. Chop the shelled walnuts.
  3. Arrange the vegetables in four dishes, alternating the orange and grapefruit wedges, along with bits of walnut, and pour on top the vinaigrette made with olive oil, vinegar and the citrus juice.
