Ingredients

  • 0.25 Medium-sized Onion
  • 0.5 Medium-sized Red bell pepper, red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Medium-sized Egg

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion and the pepper into julienne type pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and add the vegetables. When soft, remove from heat and set aside but keep warm.
  2. In the same pan, grill the egg using the remaining oil.
  3. Put the vegetables at the bottom of the dish, with the egg on top and a dash of pepper.
