Spinach Salad with Nuts and Fresh Cheese
Ingredients
- 400 g Spinach
- 3 Tbsp Shelled walnut
- 250 g Fresh cheese, low salt
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
Preparation
- Wash the spinach well, cut the leaves and put them in a salad bowl. Chop the nuts and add them to the bowl. Cut the cheese into cubes and add to the bowl.
- Lastly, dress the salad with oil and vinegar.
