Tuna with Onions and Wild Rice

Ingredients
- 50 g Wild rice
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Medium-sized Onion
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 Tsp Dried oregano
- 0.25 Cup White wine
- 90 g Tuna
- 1 Pinch Paprika
- 1 Pinch Black pepper
Preparation
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to cook the wild rice (15-20 minutes).
- In the meantime, cut the garlic and onions and lightly fry in oil over low heat.
- When done, add the oregano and wine.
- Pepper the tuna, add it to a pot with the paprika and cover with water. Cook about 10 minutes over medium heat to make the tuna juicy and tender.
- Serve on a plate with the onion sauce and garnish with the strained wild rice.
