For those who find it easier to diet, cutting calories is the way to go: if two workout sessions per week amount to 350 burned calories, all you need to do is cut the same amount from your weekly calorie count, for an overall daily intake of 1,450 calories (350 calories divided by 7 days in a week comes out to 50 calories per day).
