Apple Mousse

Ingredients
- 4 Medium-sized Apple
- 1 Tsp Stevia (powder)
- 1/2 Medium-sized Lemon
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 3 Leaf Gelatin sheet
Preparation
- Peel and slice the apples and put them in a saucepan. Add four tablespoons of water and cook over high heat, stirring regularly, to obtain a purée.
- Remove from the heat, add sweetener to taste, add the peel of the lemon and the juice and a dash of cinnamon.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water and add it to the mix. Let cool to ambient temperature.
- Beat the mixture to thin it out and serve it in glasses. Chill well before serving.
