Ingredients

  • 4 Medium-sized Apple
  • 1 Tsp Stevia (powder)
  • 1/2 Medium-sized Lemon
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 3 Leaf Gelatin sheet

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice the apples and put them in a saucepan. Add four tablespoons of water and cook over high heat, stirring regularly, to obtain a purée.
  2. Remove from the heat, add sweetener to taste, add the peel of the lemon and the juice and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Soak the gelatin in cold water and add it to the mix. Let cool to ambient temperature.
  4. Beat the mixture to thin it out and serve it in glasses. Chill well before serving.
