Pre-heat oven to 180º C. Peel and slice the potatoes and onions.
Clean the bream and place on top of the potatoes and onions in a large baking pan. Add pepper to taste and a tablespoon of oil. Bake at 180º C for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle some vinegar on top.
Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into slices and brown in a pan with a tablespoon of oil, being sure not to burn it. Add some minced parsley.
Pour the sautéed garlic over the bream and serve with lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad with a light mayonnaise dressing
