Turkey with Mushrooms and Honey

Ingredients

  • 4 drumsticks of turkey
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup of White wine
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup and 1/2 of fresh shiitake fungi

Preparation

  1. Heat the drumsticks in a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil and a few peppercorns to flavour.
  2. Place them on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 180º for 40 minutes.
  3. Put in a pot the juice formed from the roast. Put in the fire, add the wine and honey and let boil for a few minutes.
  4. Apart, with two tablespoons of oil, fry the garlic cloves cut into slices and when golden, add the chopped mushrooms, stirring the whole set for 5 minutes. Add the wine and honey sauce and heat a few more minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and serve the drumsticks accompanied by the sauce and mushrooms.
