Ingredients
- 20 Medium-sized Fresh prawn
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Pinch Parsley
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Small Dried red chili pepper/dried cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Prepare 4 skewers with 5 prawns (peeled) each.
- Add oil to the pan and when hot, add the parsley, garlic and chilli pepper, all chopped.
- When the garlic starts to brown, add the skewers and cook each side for 3 minutes.
