Spaghetti with Cockles

Ingredients
- 150 g Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Clove of Garlic
- 60 g Canned cockle
- 1 Pinch White pepper
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1 Pinch Parsley
Preparation
- Cook the spaghetti in water until it is al dente. Strain, rinse in cold water, strain again and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic. Do not brown.
- Add the cockles with the liquid from the tin, the pepper and vinegar and let cook a few minutes.
- Add the parsley. Let cook until the liquid is absorbed a little and add the cockles to the spaghetti. Serve hot.
