Pasta Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 320 g Colored pasta
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 100 g Lettuce
- 250 g Green bean
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Chives
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in boiling water. When cooked, strain it, put it under running cold water and strain again.
- Cook the green beans in water and strain when done. Sauté in the pan with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- Put the lettuce and green beans in a serving dish and place the cooked pasta on top, and over that the salmon cut into strips.
- Finally, chop the chives and mix with three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Pour over the salad. Serve cold.
