Chard with Prawn Omelet and Toasted Bread

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chard
- 2 Clove of Garlic
- 400 g Frozen shrimp, peeled
- 4 Medium-sized Egg
- 4 Medium sliced Whole wheat sliced bread
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
Preparation
- Separate the chard leaves from the stem, chop everything into short strips and cook in boiling water.
- Once the chard is boiled, drain it and run it under cold water.
- Fry the garlic cloves in a large pan with the oil. Once golden, sauté the prawns.
- Add the chard leaves and stems and the lightly beaten eggs.
- Stir the mix and serve with one slice of toasted bread per person.
