Muesli with Nuts, Soya Yoghurt and Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium-sized Apple
  • 0.5 Tbsp Shelled walnut
  • 1 Tbsp Raisin
  • 1/4 Cup Muesli
  • 1 Container 125 g Soy yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Light apricot-peach jam

Preparation

  1. Mix the chopped apple, nuts and raisins with the muesli.
  2. Pour the yoghurt in the bottom of a glass, then the apricot jam and top with the muesli mix.
